Finance Manager, Richmond (Hybrid), £35,000-£45,000

You’ll play a key role in shaping the financial infrastructure and supporting strategic decisions during this pivotal time of expansion.

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager: 

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage bookkeeping software.
• Process supplier payments and handle payroll operations.
• Develop and implement a Purchase Order (PO) system.
• Generate invoices and prepare management fee reports.
• Assist in the preparation and regular review of annual budgets.
• Create and deliver financial reports, including cash flow forecasts and projections.
• Collaborate with departments to allocate budgets and conduct monthly review meetings.
• Prepare financial updates for Monthly Board Meetings.
• Manage and improve the operational framework of the Finance Department.
• Review expenditure to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support risk management and strategic planning.

Requirements for the Finance Manager: 

• AAT Level 4 or ACCA / CIMA Part-Qualified.
• At least 3 years in an accounts or finance role.
