We are partnering with a prestigious international Luxury Retail Group to find a Finance Manager to lead their Reporting and Consolidation function.
This iconic Middle Eastern brand, renowned for its influence across the Beauty, Home, Fashion, and Hospitality sectors, has experienced remarkable growth and is recognised as a leader in its field.
In this high-impact role, you will oversee a team of 2-3 skilled finance professionals, managing the consolidation of financial reports for multiple business verticals. Collaborating with senior stakeholders, you will drive management and statutory reporting to support strategic decision-making across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidation & Reporting: Lead monthly management reporting, statutory audits, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections across multiple entities.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with central functions such as Logistics and Loyalty programs to provide financial insights and strategic support.
- Analytics & Insights: Leverage historical data and trends to deliver detailed analytics that inform key business decisions.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, manage tax requirements, and uphold rigorous financial controls.
- Project Management: Drive cross-functional initiatives like Chart of Accounts revisions and process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- ACA/ACCA qualification.
- Proven experience in large-scale or international businesses with multi-entity operations.
- Expertise in multi-currency consolidations and complex entity structures.
- Strong financial modelling skills and a track record of implementing robust controls and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS standards, including IFRS 16 and revenue recognition.
- Retail sector experience (highly desirable).
