Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year

About Us:

A&T Enclosures, based in Dudley, previously family run, and we specialize in manufacturing bespoke electrical enclosures. With an overall head count of around 75 employees, we are ever growing and feel there has never been a more exciting time to join the team!

Due to exceptional business growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with a strong finance background looking to join a well-established local company, to implement a strong team culture and significant improvements.

About the role:

· Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the company including but not limited to payroll, invoicing and other transactions, managing books, records, petty cash and credit card expenses, financial auditing, weekly & monthly reporting, preparing annual budget forecasts, reviewing on a monthly basis, review of capex request,

• Reporting directly to the MD, managing a small team of Admins.
• 7:30 to 4pm Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

Having overall responsibility of managing the day-to-day functions of the financial aspects of the business, whilst co-ordinating and managing regulatory reporting. The Finance Manager is responsible for planning the budget and ensuring adherence, ensuring that the management team are liaised with to ensure suitability for business growth whilst ensuring business sustainability. This role will play an integral part in driving forward a strong business culture of continuous improvement and has the opportunity to be part of a large organisational development strategy.

About you:

• CIMA qualified
• IT Proficient, strong analytical skills, attention to detail
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
• Previous experience of Sage and or Progress+ beneficial but not essential
