Our client is an established logistics/Supply Chain business looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Based in the London, this role will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department.

Our client is an established logistics/Supply Chain business looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Based in the London, this role will be responsible for the day to day running of the finance department.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Providing monthly departmental overview to SMT
• Leading annual budget process and preparing annual forecast
• Providing support to Group finance on all finance related queries
• Preparing year end statutory a
• Ensuring smooth running and completion of annual stocktake
• Preparing audit schedules for year-end
• Preparing statutory tax returns and dealing with tax queries
• Supporting wider business on improving and automating internal controls and finance processes
• Managing transactional finance
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant
• Strong all round accounting experience including preparation of financial and management accounts
• Experience gained in industry working as a finance manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
• Advanced IT skills
