Finance Manager - Aerospace Reliance Ltd : Job Details

The Role

• ARL is seeking skilled and energetic Finance Manager to assist next stage of growth - a new position that will be instrumental in shaping new finance function.
• Bookkeeping and accounting (Xero) is currently outsourced - we intend to bring in-house 1st half of 2025 - this will include recruitment of bookkeeper reporting to Finance Manager.
• ARL successfully implemented ERP package (Priority) in 2023 - but financial functionality not yet implemented.
• In 2025 ARL will complete the finance implementation moving from Xero to Priority - Finance Manager working closely with CFO will be critical to this project.

The Person

• accomplished finance professional with min. 5 years experience.
• at least 2 years in £10M+ turnover business.
• totally comfortable with preparation of full entity accounts.
• strong process mindset to enable ARL to build optimum processes when it brings finance operations in-house.
• experience of supply chain and import and export accounting desirable.
• strong IT skills to ensure successful delivery of finance implementation as well as future technological innovations
• resilient, "can do" attitude and excellent team player
