RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the management team, the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Production of monthly management accounts, P&L, B/S and C/F
• Production of cash, revenue and costs reports
• Analysis of variances between actual and forecasted/budgeted performance
• Ensure timely client billing, cash settlement and ledger maintenance
• Bank and Control account reconciliations
• Purchase ledger and payment of suppliers
• Payroll analysis and processing – from bureau reports
• Attend monthly business review meetings
• Ensure finance is run to period-end timetables and all financial records are maintained in an accurate and timely fashion.
• Produce and analyse annual budgets and monthly forecasts
• Assisting with the annual audit process

IT EXPERIENCE:

Microsoft Office with Excel, Sageline 200

•             Accurate, methodical and thorough

•             Strong in reconciliation work
