Finance Manager - Burton Recruitment : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support a well-established organisation based on the Fylde Coast. This is a hands-on role requiring a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who can step in immediately and provide effective financial oversight and leadership.

• Overseeing the organisation’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls and reporting.
• Managing month-end and year-end processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Providing commercial insight to support decision-making at a senior level.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running.
