Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Oversee key reconciliations, such as bank accounts, VAT, CIS, PAYE, and National Insurance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including reporting of liabilities.
  • Monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance financial systems and processes to support business growth.
What They’re Looking For:
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (AAT Level 3 or above preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and payroll processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in digital financial systems.
  • Experience within a commercial finance environment, ideally in a mid-sized business.
  • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills.
