Finance Manager - CY Resourcing : Job Details

CY Executive are working to a confidential mandate to appoint a Finance Manager for a well-established and growing business in the FMCG/manufacturing sector. This is a pivotal role, acting as the No. 2 to the Group Finance Director, offering a broad remit and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end management accounts and group reporting.
• Lead and manage a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the Board.
• Provide financial analysis for new products and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and financial regulations.
• Manage cash flow, VAT returns, supplier payments, and employee expenses.
• Continuously improve financial processes and cost efficiencies.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Finalist.
• Strong experience in financial management, reporting, and leadership.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or a fast-paced industry preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• IT focused with excellent Excel skills
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
