Finance ManagerReed Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an established company in Swindon. This role is crucial for ensuring the financial health and stability of the business, supporting operational decision-making with financial insights, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager will play a key role in driving cost optimization, managing working capital, and contributing to the business’s overall strategic objectives.Day-to-day of the role:

• Anchor strategic planning through systems and processes to manage growth.
• Facilitate annual business and financial planning.
• Perform performance analysis of the business.
• Engage in costing and pricing of products and parts.
• Ensure effective fund management to cater to business requirements.
• Conduct risk management and ensure compliance.
• Ensure reporting and analysis.
• Provide leadership and team development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant or equivalent (member of UK's chartered accountancy bodies).
• Experience: 5-8 years in the Finance function with at least 3 years in budgeting, general accounting, and MIS.
• Significant expertise in SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing will be an added advantage.
