Finance Manager - KCR Solutions : Job Details

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with a dynamic, growing company to recruit a Finance Manager. You will be a qualified Accountant and have several year's experience in a manufacturing environment. Based in Prudhoe and reporting to the FD, your duties will be as follows:

• Managing the finance function to ensure the company maximises its performance
• Responsible for the management and execution of finance processes
• Responsible for the management and preparation of management accounts
• Taking the lead with budgets, VAT returns, cashflow projections and financial reporting
• Collaborating with teams across the company to assist in the reporting and analysis of project performance
• Overseeing team management of debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations and expenses
• Managing and processing payroll with support from external payroll processor
• Supporting team members with various tasks to ensure smooth and effective operations
• Supporting and collaborating with the Finance Director
• Managing and developing the finance team
• Responsible for recruiting new team members as required
