We are looking for a Finance Manager for Canada Partnerships to join our team.

This position has arisen because of the growth in the Pathways / Partnerships business. We have recently signed a contract for international student recruitment to our second Canadian University Partner, our first intake for which was January 2025.

The successful candidate will enjoy broad variety in their work and engagement with senior business stakeholders.

The role is a comprehensive Finance Manager role: the successful candidate will be responsible for the accounting for our Canada Partnerships, business partnering with senior stakeholders and compliance tasks including statutory reporting and filing direct / indirect tax returns. From an FP&A perspective, the role will be responsible for monthly reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy at month end; providing monthly reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders and to the College Director in Canada to help them understand business performance and supporting them with planning (budgeting and forecasting).

  • Qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA, CA or recognised CCAB qualification.

  • Happy to work for and with a variety of staff, being flexible to accommodate meetings with colleagues in different time zones and adjust work hours as needed.

  • Ambitious, and keen to take on a role within a growing business with plenty of opportunity.

Desirable

  • Previous experience using GPL and integrated reporting tools.
