Finance Manager - Si Recruitment : Job Details

My client is looking for a Finance Manager/Head of Finance to join their busy company. This company is situated in the countryside with beautiful offices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reporting for the businesses, including budgets, forecasts and KPI’s.
• Preparing relevant statutory compliance documentation and submissions
• Day to day management of the finance systems and associated processes
• Managing the cash - cash flow analysis, invoice financing reconciliations, focus on working capital
• VAT Returns, Pensions, NI /PAYE
• Overseeing the accounts payable function, treasury management and payroll functions
• Planning, preparation, and management of the annual audit
• Leading on procurement advice and systems for the organisation
• Complete monthly ledger reconciliations
• Continuous development of financial systems, financial reporting, controls and procedures
• General bookkeeping duties

Desirable qualities:

• Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or with equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a Finance Manager/Controller position
• Have previous people management experience/knowledge
• Experience using Xero accounting software
