Finance Manager

6-Month FTCGloucestershire

T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a successful business services company. You will be responsible for leading a small financial accounting team to ensure compliance across the group. This will run as a 6-month FTC.

· Base salary up to £70,000

· Location - Gloucestershire

· 3 Days in the office

Responsibilities as a Finance Manager:

· Statutory Compliance, VAT & CIS returns.

· Partner with Group FC for policy and process improvements.

· Balance sheet reconciliations.

· Prepare financial statements in line with internal and external reporting requirements.

· Support continuous improvement and the accurate use of and management of financial systems & policies.

· Oversight of payroll and expenses across group.

Requirements to be successful as Finance Manager:

· Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)

· Strong excel user with experience interpreting large data sets

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with the immediate team, wider business and external stakeholders across multi businesses.

· Detail focused and solutions driven approach.
