- Annual Salary: £28,603 - £30,564p.a (Term Time Only)
We are seeking a Finance Officer to provide comprehensive Finance and administrative support to our Executive Team. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and efficiency in handling multiple administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Dealing with all invoice queries, purchase Order number and reconciliations for the school
- Manage routine correspondence and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Dealing with suppliers and debt allocation
- Helping out the Trust and Executive Team members, arranging both internal and external meetings.
- Dealing with the costing of trust events such as joint
- Dealing with expenses for travel and hotel arrangements
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, regarding costs for the Governing Body, and other local schools on behalf of the Trust.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system (both paper and electronic) for the Trust’s work.
- Maintain a policy checklist and alert the CEO when policies need reviewing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Finance administrative
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with electronic filing systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
