The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Proficiency in SIMS, FMS, and Oracle is essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external bodies regarding financial matters.
• Utilize SIMS, FMS, and Oracle for financial management and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, in an educational setting.
• Proficiency in SIMS, FMS, and Oracle.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
