Finance Officer - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyA not-for-profit organisation in West London is currently looking for a part-time Finance Officer on an ongoing basis to join the finance function.Your new role

• Manage the petty cash
• Processing of timesheets.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy
• Set up and process supplier payment runs and send remittances.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end procedures.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Good working knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• High level of numerical accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
