Finance Officer/Finance Assistant (Temp)

We are seeking a Finance Assistant / Finance Officer for a temporary position lasting 2-3 months (until Christmas). This is an on-site role based primarily in Basford (NG6 0HT), with occasional work at our Bulwell location.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end processing of invoices within the Purchase Ledger.

- Liaising with budget holders to ensure accurate financial management.

- Managing credit card transactions and creating backlists for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in Purchase Ledger is essential.

- Previous use of PSS software is a plus.

- Ability to travel between Basford (NG6) and Bulwell locations (petrol expenses reimbursed).

Details:

- Temporary role, no scope for extension or permanent placement.

- Immediate start, role expected to run until Christmas.

- Must be able to work on-site across both locations.
