Finance Officer - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Officer to join a rewarding charity in Norwich.Hybrid working, close to public transport links.This role will oversee a small team and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and month end and year end deadlines are met.The role: 

• Systems Development - working with the Systems & Projects Accountant, develop the use of finance systems to achieve process improvements
• Recording of, and accounting for, income and expenditure
• Develop and enhance transaction processes and procedures to ensure strong and effective financial controls are in place 
• Accounts Payable 
• Accounts Receivable 
• Banking 
• Balance Sheets
• Support with month-end activities
