Finance Officer - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is exclusively recruiting for a Finance Officer on behalf of a vibrant, award-winning creative company working in Film, TV, Theatre, and emerging medical technologies. With small teams based in Buckinghamshire and the South West, they're looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and ready to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing, payroll prep, and freelancer payments
• Oversee expenses, credit cards, and cashflow
• Monitor project budgets and provide financial reporting (P&L, R&D)
• Liaise with accountants for VAT, tax, and HMRC compliance
• Handle payments, bills, and contract renewals
• Support light HR admin (P45s, P60s), insurance tracking, and audits
• Assist with client calls and occasional material ordering

What We're Looking For:

• Accountancy experience (qualified or part-qualified)
• Friendly communicator with a flexible, team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable in a creative, sometimes noisy environment
