Finance Operations Manager - Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd : Job Details

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Operations Manager for this Group of Companies with a TO of c £5m.

The role of the Finance Operations Manager will report to the MD and will work closely with the Head of Office / Systems Operations.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE;

• Prove track record of Change / Systems Improvements
• Desire to work the grow the Business
• The ability to implement and drive Change
• A professional Qualification - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or be close to Qualification
• Previous experience of Xero and strong Excel skills for Reporting and Analysis

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER - BENEFITS AND SALARY;

• Prepare a range of Monthly Reports using Xero and Excel
• Prepare for Year End - including management of an Audit Trail
• Prepare detailed Cash Flow Analysis
• Execute a range of Reconciliations - Bank / VAT / Inter Company etc.
• Annual Salary budget of £45,000 with a range of Benefits to include
