Our client, a leading global venture capital firm is seeking a Financial Data Entry Specialist to join on a contract basis. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial data entry and record-keeping. If you have a keen eye for detail and understand financial documentation (even without an accounting qualification), this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities

• Accurately input financial and other key data into internal systems
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency
• Cross-check and verify financial records
• Maintain a methodical and organised approach to data entry
• Work independently after receiving initial direction

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly organised and methodical work style
• Ability to self-manage and work independently
• Experience in a fast-paced financial environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Central London, Jersey, or Geneva with a minimum of 3 days per week, ideally 5, reducing to 1 day per week after 100 days
• Open to contract work with potential for permanent opportunities
