Responsibilities:

Systems Implementation:

• Support in the implementation and management of Sage Intacct software.
• Lead implementation of Procure Wizard, P2D and WebExpenses ensuring new systems use Sage Intacct Chart of Accounts and dimensions.
• Provide training and support to team members on system usage and best practices.

Reporting:

• Support work on the Snowflake (data lake) implementation to ensure one version of the truth.
• Support in the design of reports for the business from Snowflake to ensure impactful dashboards and reports, presenting complex data in a clear and actionable format.
• Lead maintaining dashboards, creating extra reports once the 3rd party developers have finished and ensure training / adequate documentation.

Ad Hoc:

• Working closely with the Head of Finance and assisting on day to day finance systems related tasks

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in implementation of finance systems.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Player: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
