Finance Systems Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

We are recruiting for a Financial Systems Manager who can join a not-for-profit organisation to support their global implementation of a new finance system. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and the ongoing development of the platform. This is a permanent role paying up to £58,000 with hybrid working (2-3 days a week in Wallingford) with fantastic benefits!

The Role

• Strategic planning and management of on the ERP system
• Align ERP system with organisation's strategic goals and business processes
• Work with 3rd party and finance stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Coordinate and manage system upgrades and patches
• User support and training of new ERP system

About You

• Previous experience supporting an implementation of a new ERP system
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Strong reporting skills using SQL Server (SSRS), record of implementing improvements to processes, systems
• Previous business analysis experience is desirable

• Salary up to £58,000
• Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in Wallingford)
• 26 days annual leave (plus 3 days between Christmas and New Year and bank holidays)
• Defined contribution pension scheme - double match up to 10% of salary
