Are you a Finance Systems Manager with Workday experience looking for their next opportunity with a fast-growth global business?

Radley Green is partnering with a London based business, with international offices, who are building out their head office function as they go through phenomenal growth.

The business is looking for Qualified accountant experience in a systems focussed role to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of their accounting and financial systems.

If you're passionate about optimising financial processes and have experience with Workday, this could be the perfect role for you.

This role will pay well plus great benefits and 40% bonus. This business work 5 days a week in the office in central London with great facilities, on-site gym etc.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE WORKDAY EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing all financial systems. Your duties will include:

• Supporting the implementation of Workday from the start of the process
• Act as the Finance Lead for the Workday implementation
• Managing financial systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborating with IT and finance teams to implement and optimize Workday Financials.
• Monitoring system performance and recommending upgrades for continuous improvement.
• Providing training and support to staff on financial systems and reporting tools.
• Conducting audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identifying and driving process improvements within financial operations.
• Assisting in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to financial systems.

This role will develop post implementation into a role that will manage all finance systems, implement new systems and processes and also manage the development of Workday across the business as it grows and diversifies.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• A self-starter mindset, with the ability to anticipate and meet information needs proactively.
