In this role, you will lead improvements to critical systems, automating processes to streamline billing, and debt management while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring financial systems and interfaces operate effectively, improving processes, and providing expert support.
• Collaborating with IT and finance teams to maintain, test, and optimise systems.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Delivering insightful analysis, reporting, and financial modelling to support informed decision-making.
