Finance Transformation Support Specialist - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an organisation in Bath on the recruitment of a Finance Transformation Support Specialist to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis.

Our client is currently undertaking a significant ERP system implementation, of which this role will play a pivotal part in. The role is to be based in Bath, with 3 days per week working from their office. There will also be an expectation of international travel as the business requires.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of end-to-end key financial processes, who has supported through a period of transformation and change and who is ready for a career-enhancing role.

Responsibilities of the Finance Transformation Support Specialist will include but not be limited to:

• Support with the transition of finance processes to a new global ERP system.
• Collaborate with wider teams in the organisation (Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Engineering) to ensure a smooth implementation.
• Manage UAT testing and ensure smooth implementation through end user training and support.
• Assist with data migration, cleanse legacy data, and ensure successful reporting and training outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support for system issues, and post-implementation activities.

Your Profile:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Payroll, General Ledger, Budgeting & Forecasting and more.
• Proven experience of supporting through a period of transformation and change.
• Ideally, you will be part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) but this isn't a deal-breaker.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of £40k plus competitive benefits.
