Financial Accountant - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is recruiting an Interim Financial Accountant to assist with a Year-end project for our client in Watford.

The position of Interim Financial Accountant will require the following skill-set

• Qualified accountant
• Experienced financial accountant with good technical skills.
• Statutory accounting for multiple entities
• Liaising with auditors
• Year-end closing
• Good understanding of UK GAAP.
• US GAAP knowledge/experience preferred/useful.
• Solid understanding of the reporting and consolidation process
• Strong academic background
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
• Commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to the overall business strategy overtime.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables minimum)
• General Microsoft office skills, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Private Equity SME experience desirable

The position of Interim Financial Accountant will be paying £55-60k on a daily rate basis, this is an urgent requirement.
