Financial Accountant - SF Recruitment : Job Details

SF are currently recruiting for a new exciting role for a great business as a Financial/Management Accountant based in Derby on a permanent basis. This role offers flexible working hours and working from home options.

Salary up to £40,000 2 days working from home Full time - Flexible working hours 25 Holidays + Bank Holidays + Birthday off

Job duties: Producing monthly P&L accounts on a site-by-site basisInvestigating and analysing variancesFinance for “non finance” people- helping the site managers understand the key drivers in their accountsManagement of operational expenditure system MossProvide support and resolve queries from staff Production of Weekly and Monthly KPIsVarious ad-hoc reportsQuarterly VAT returns with partial exemption calculations requiredProvide support to Financial Accountants and other members of finance team as required.Involvement in budget processingInvolvement in annual year end audit

The ideal candidate will have the following: Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience Must have Month - End and Management Accounting experience (Including VAT Returns) Ambitious and looking to make a change/improvements Sage200 (Desirable)
