Financial Accountant - Accountancy Action : Job Details

Are you a Financial Accountant looking for a new role within the technology space? An establishes business based in Watford are seeking an ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close activities
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate with outsourced accounting providers and tax teams as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams (Tax, Treasury, and other)
• Manage financial statement audits, from planning through completion
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors, overseeing project timelines and technical aspects

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, etc.)
• Audit background, ideally within top 20 firm
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and audit
• The ideal candidate should have experience with financial statement audits, IFRS knowledge required.
