What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll support the Finance Manager in overseeing financial processes, including:

• Coordinating the month-end close, ensuring reconciliations and control sign-off.
• Assisting with group reporting and intercompany processes.
• Preparing statutory accounts and supporting external audits.
• Assisting with tax functions and managing cost centres.
• Improving financial controls and collaborating with the Genpact R2R team.
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified or working towards qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
• Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks.
• Ability to manage challenging stakeholders with influence and impact.
