Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and year-end accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and processes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, processes, and financial accuracy.
• Support the Finance Operations Manager on ad-hoc projects, including system improvements and analysis.
• Build strong relationships with senior management to aid strategic decision-making.

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in financial accounting or operations, ideally in a larger organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
