What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing monthly management accounts and assisting with year-end reporting.
• Crunching the numbers to provide insight that helps make smarter business decisions.
• Leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Streamlining financial processes using advanced Excel techniques (think macros, pivot tables, and even VBA).
• Working closely with teams across the business to improve financial operations.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: Ideally ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or working towards it with solid experience).
• Experience: You've done something similar before, ideally in retail or a fast-paced environment.
• Excel Mastery: Advanced skills with formulas, data visualisation, and automation.
• Personal Traits:
  • Analytical and detail-focused.
  • Great at solving problems and managing time.
  • Clear communicator, especially when explaining finances to non-financial colleagues.
