This Financial Accountant is a newly created role and will support the FC directly. On offer for the Financial Accountant is continued mentorship/support, career development and competitive benefits package. The RoleThe Financial Accountant duties will include:

• Manage all accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, WIP and Revenue Recognition.
• Working closely with project managers on project financial reviews.
• Project cost control and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with legal reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Provision of information and support to external auditors.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Additional duties as necessary

The PersonThe requirements for the Financial Accountant role are:

• Fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA or equivalent
• Advanced Excel modelling skills.
• Experience of operating in multi-currency environments.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability.
• A results-driven individual
• Ambitious and keen to progress
