  • Maintain strong internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to internal stakeholders as required.
  • Identify areas for process improvements in financial reporting and accounting processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced business.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and liaising with auditors.
  • Exposure to tax, VAT, or treasury processes would be beneficial.

What We Offer:

  • £40,000-50,000 and benefits package.
  • Exposure to a growing, PE-backed business with opportunities for career development.
  • A supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the finance function.
  • A fast-paced and dynamic workplace with exposure to key financial decisions.
