• Oversee internal financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare management accounts and financial statements for internal use.
• Ensure accurate reconciliations of accounts, cash flows, and expenses.
• Monitor financial controls and compliance with industry regulations.
• Support tax, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in process improvements and financial system enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience in internal finance, management accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero or SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
