Description
- Update and maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording of acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- Transfer data from Excel to E5 accounting software, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage multi-currency transactions, including foreign currency conversions and reconciliations.
- Monitor capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are within budget and properly accounted for.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments for asset-related and multi-currency transactions.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the finance team
Profile
The successful Financial Accountant should have:
- Background in fixed asset accounting and multi-currency financial transactions.
- Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Skilled in using accounting software, particularly E5, and proficient in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to manage multi-currency transactions and financial reporting.
- Capable of identifying and implementing system improvements.

Job Offer
