London W1 (Hybrid: 4 days in office) | £40,000 - £50,000 (Bonus + Benefits and Study Support if required)

They are dynamic, growing real estate investment firm with £600 AUM, Due to growth they are seeking a talented Financial Accountant to join a close-knit finance team.

The Opportunity

As their new Financial Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in their expanding business. Reporting to the Finance Director and working with two other qualified accountants, you'll:

•             Manage day-to-day accounting for UK entities including accruals, pre-payments, purchase and sales ledger

•             Support Finance Managers of investment funds

•             Prepare monthly management accounts and commentary

•             Handle VAT returns, year-end audits, and statutory reporting

•             Develop P&L and cash flow forecasts

•             Contribute to the annual budgeting process

•             Liaise with auditors

Your Profile

•             You must be AAT, ACCA, CIMA finalist or qualified

•             2+ years of financial accounting experience

•             Strong double-entry bookkeeping skills essential

•             Excel proficiency (including VLookup and Pivot tables)

•             Excellent communication and organizational abilities

•             Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

•             Passion for finance and eagerness to grow in the field
