FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Merstham, RH1

Salary: £50k-£60k DOE & Qualifications

Position: Permanent – Full Time

An award winning, highly regarded independent construction & property development company are now seeking an experienced Financial Accounts Manager.

You will be working closely with the Company Directors with regard to the company accounts.

You will need to be organised, efficient and able to work accurately in a fast-moving environment. 

Previous experience in Company Accounts, Sage and CIS is essential because you will need to hit the ground running in this pivotal and demanding position.

Qualifications in accounting would be ideal but experience in construction accounts, CIS and sage are essential.

Skills required for this Financial Accounts Manager role will include:

• Previous experience in Construction Company Accounts essential
• CIS and Sage experience essential
• Highly organised and possess strong accountant skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• AAT or ACCA qualifications preferable
