Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Independent Financial Advisers, due to expansion they are looking to grow the team with an additional Financial Adviser.

Role

  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Adviser to join our team.
  • The Financial Adviser will provide expert guidance to individuals on financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients’ current financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Financial Planning & Advisory.
  • Develop customised financial plans tailored to clients’ needs, including investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimisation, and estate planning.
  • Provide ongoing advice to adjust financial plans in response to changes in clients’ life circumstances or market conditions.
  • Investment Management.
  • Recommend appropriate investment options aligned with clients’ goals and risk profiles.
  • Monitor investment portfolios and provide regular updates to clients on performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and financial plans.
  • Market Knowledge & Expertise.
  • Stay informed about financial markets, investment products, tax laws, and economic trends.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge through professional development and certifications.
  • Sales & Business Development.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Promote financial products and services that align with clients’ needs and objectives.

Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must hold the level 4 diploma for financial advisers.
  • Minimum of 3 years working as a competent adviser
  • Client-centric approach with a commitment to building trust and delivering value.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
  • A proactive mindset and a results-driven attitude.
