Finance Analyst

Day to Day of the role:

• Analyse and report on key financial data to ensure managers receive timely, accurate, and relevant information.

• Play a key role in the budget setting process, collaborating with all departments on annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Support the continuous improvement of product standard cost setting and overhead rate calculations.
• Manage and develop the company’s fixed asset register and asset purchase systems.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes, supporting both financial and management accounting teams.
• Analyse GRIR (GRNI) balances and provide support in managing automated accounts payable system.
• Collaborate with non-finance departments to ensure correct transaction processes and maintain financial information integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA) with a commitment to achieving full qualification.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (big data handling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Good knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
