About the role: 12 month maternity cover needed in the Bolton area, this interim role will be ideal for a candidate with prior experience in an analyst role. The business has a family feel, a culture of growing from within and looking for a quality individual to join their team

Key responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Assisting in smooth month-end processes, posting payments and accruals
• Analysis of large data sets
• Conducted detailed variance analysis to explain deviation from budgeted and forecasted. Recommending plans for potential discrepancies
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal budget holders and translating financial data

Ideal Candidate

• AAT
• IT proficient and skilled with excel
• Analytic and inquisitive
• Availability to start immediately
