This organisation combines commercial operations with scientific research and global conservation projects. The RoleAs Financial & Commercial Reporting Manager reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and financial reporting across the organisation. Leading a team of three, this position offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and combines commercial insight with technical expertise. Key focus areas include:

• Leading the business planning and budgeting process, including development of executive-level reporting
• Overseeing management reporting and commercial KPI development
• Supporting statutory reporting and maintaining robust financial controls
• Providing strategic business partnering to key stakeholders
• Managing and developing a high-performing team

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in a strategic finance role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• Experience in preparing board-level presentations and reports
• Track record of leading and developing teams
• Experience with business planning and forecasting in a complex organisation
