• Management Accounts- Deliver month-end accounts within six days, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.
• Cash Management- Oversee cash flow forecasting, identify funding shortfalls, and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Revenue & Budgeting- Work closely with the CFO to enhance revenue forecasting and budget planning.
• Client Profitability- Support commercial reviews and improve financial data accuracy.
• Process Automation- Streamline reporting between Xero , reducing manual data entry.
• Team Leadership- Mentor and develop the finance team, ensuring scalable processes for growth.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with experience as a Group Finance Manager or Financial Controller in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency in Excel, with a passion for automating processes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
