An outstanding business based in Wembley are seeking their next Financial Controller to join their growing finance team.

Key duties and responsibilities

This is a superb role for a highly organised and pro-active person who has good communication skills along with great attention to detail. At a macro level, this role will be taking responsibility for the Group’s financial reporting accuracy and timeliness along with being responsible for all tax compliance both in the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking full ownership for the accuracy and financial reporting of the group
• Reviewing and strengthening processes and procedures across the business.
• Key point of contact for auditors
• Managing a finance team
• Ad-hoc finance/accounting related projects

Skills and experience

• Experience working as a head of finance and an understanding of cost accounting
• Managing a finance team
