Financial Controller - Goodman Masson : Job Details

Financial Controller | Oxfordshire | £80 000 - £120 000

As the Financial Controller you will report directly to the CFO and be part of a small team delivering the financial support necessary to deliver the organisations ambitious growth plans. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a private equity-backed group.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with an excellent exam record* 5-7 year PQE (top 4 firm)* Demonstrated experience at the Head of Finance/Financial Controller level* Strong foundation in technical accounting and a thorough understanding of UK GAAP* Previous experience with system and process improvements
