Company Details and Job Overview:A family owned business in Ulverston has partnered with Kenton Black Finance as they look to strengthen their finance team by appointing a new finance lead. Duties will include:• Leading a small team of transactional finance staff, responsible for their training and development • Ownership for all financial reporting, management accounts production, commentary and analysis• Preparation of budgets and forecasts• Review of AP and AR activities• Work closely with senior management to ensure effective decisions are madeExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:The successful candidate will be proven in a similar level role with strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
