The right candidate will have previous experience overseeing accounts for a hotel and will be able to demonstrate the below experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Finance Strategy for the hotel and other projects as part of the Executive Team.
- Manage hotel management accounts with a strong commercial awareness.
- Implement strategies to maximize hotel revenues and minimize costs.
- Oversee payroll operations.
- Lead and develop the finance team with excellent team management and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Qualified Financial Controller with experience in managing hotel accounts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to implement revenue-maximizing and cost-minimizing strategies.
- Solid background in hotel finance.
- Proficiency in all financial duties.
- Strong payroll experience.
- Excellent team management and communication skills.
