Financial Controller - CMA Recruitment Group : Job Details

CMA Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a PE services business based in Guildford to recruit for an interim Financial Controller for a period of 6 - 9 months.You be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, including financial reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.What will the  interim Financial Controller role involve?

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cashflow statements.
• Ensure all financial reporting is compliant with accounting standards FRS102.
• Lead the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Lead on the production of our monthly board pack, providing detailed analysis and commentary on financial results.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial efficiency.

Suitable Candidate for the  Interim Financial Controller vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a proven track record in similar finance roles ideally within an SME environment
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Skilled in leading and managing a high-performing team
