Financial Controller - Adele Carr Recruitment : Job Details

PE backed niche manufacturing company is seeking to appoint a talented Financial Controller to help steer the finance function through to their next phase of growth, working closely with a highly experienced CFO. The opportunity to have a real impact here and drive positive change is considerable - there is appetite amongst the leadership team and a real willingness across the business.

Initial focus areas will include:

• Development of the finance function, helping each member achieve their capability and promoting improved processes
• Play a key part in the leadership team driving greater cross-functional working including identifying opportunities and risk management
• Delivering improved management information to drive business decision making, maximising the opportunities of existing technology and reporting from the ERP system

This is an ambitious business and this role has genuine career-making aspects. It would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in a senior finance role within manufacturing. We would welcome applications from seasoned Financial Controllers who are seeking a more dynamic environment and would also consider those looking to prove themselves in their first Financial Controller role.
